AP Intelligence for contracted grower programs

Monitor participating growers under one program.

When production is spread across dozens or hundreds of independent growers, program visibility gets hard. AP Intelligence organizes participating growers and fields under one program, ranks where attention may be needed, and keeps program context in the same field record.

01

The crop program or sourcing initiative as a whole.
02
Region
Sourcing areas, districts, or territories within it.
03
Grower
Each participating farm or contracted producer.
04

Individual fields with their own history and conditions.
05
Area of attention
Places within a field where conditions may warrant a closer look.

What the program team works from

Portfolio priorities

Concern and Watch priorities across every participating grower, so the program team sees where attention may be needed first.

Field review

Ranked field signals for agronomists and field teams. Human verification stays part of the workflow.

Internal team coordination

Team access and shared farms so program managers, agronomists, and field staff work from one picture.

Program reporting
Upcoming

Reporting across the program portfolio, by region, grower, or field.

Portfolio-level reporting is in development and labeled Upcoming on the organization pricing page until it ships.

Grower collaboration

Bringing growers into the workflow.

Today, the program team works internally: every grower’s fields in one portfolio, team access, and shared farms. Organization Pro is where participating growers join the workflow.

The collaboration capabilities below are in development. They are labeled Upcoming until they ship, and the program does not depend on them to monitor the season.

What determines pricing?

This use case is priced through AP Intelligence organization pricing (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise), configured to the program. There is no separate price list.

Basic for internal program visibility, Pro when growers take part, and Enterprise for complex program structures, integrations, and implementation.

Organizational pricing depends on how the team works and the data configuration required.

02
Connect participating fields

We help organize growers, fields, and team access under one program view.

03
Monitor the season

Teams work from ranked field signals as conditions change.

Start with one program.

Tell us how the program is organized, where the growers are, and what your team needs to see. We define a pilot around real participating fields.
