Discuss an Enterprise Deployment How agribusiness teams use AP Intelligence

A large but straightforward monitoring customer can add capacity without paying for collaboration or integration features. Enterprise is for programs that genuinely need integrations, multi-region deployment, specialized reporting, or implementation work.

Early access

AP Intelligence is free through the November 2026 launch. Eligible early-access accounts receive additional post-launch benefits. No paid plan commitment is required to join early access.

Early Access Benefit and terms
Is access free today?
Yes. AP Intelligence early access is free through the official launch in November 2026, on the web and in the iOS app.
Is a credit card required?
There is no billing during early access. Whether payment details are requested when a paid plan starts will be published with the launch terms.
When might billing begin?
Not before the November 2026 launch, and only for the paid plan you choose. Eligible early-access accounts first receive the Early Access Benefit period described above.
What happens at launch?
You choose your plan. Eligible accounts created before launch keep Organization features at no cost for the first three months, then pay $50 instead of $100 per month for the following six months.
What happens after the promotional period?
Regular pricing applies to the plan you keep. You can move to any plan that fits your operation at that point.
Can I remain on Free?
Yes. Free stays free: up to 3 active fields with 3 months of field context.
What account limits apply?
Plan limits apply to active fields: 3 on Free, 50 on Pro, and 250 at launch on Organization Basic. Limits for early-access accounts during the benefit period are published before launch.

Step 2

Configure the data and scale your program needs.

Your plan determines how your team works. Your data configuration determines the portfolio scale, historical depth, spatial detail, monitoring requirements, and reporting included in the program.

Portfolio scale

What the program covers.

  • Active fields Per plan
  • Acres
  • Growers
  • Policies or program units
  • Regions

Each plan publishes its active-field allowance (up to 250 at launch on Basic). Larger portfolios expand capacity through a conversation; there is no public unit price.

Historical context

How far back the field record goes.

  • Standard historical context, up to 3 years per field Included
  • Longer historical archives Available
  • Historical backfill that needs additional processing Quoted separately
  • Specialized event reconstruction Custom engagement

Archives beyond the included period are priced per program; no fixed five- or ten-year price is published.

Spatial detail

How much detail the imagery carries.

  • Standard field monitoring: portfolio visibility, field prioritization, and seasonal monitoring Included
  • Enhanced field detail: higher-detail imagery for selected fields, regions, or events Where available
  • Custom premium imagery: commercial, historical premium, or specialized processing Quoted for the program

Resolution figures are published only once native, analytical, and display resolution, coverage, refresh cadence, and licensing are confirmed for each source. A resampled display layer is never presented as native higher-resolution analysis.

Monitoring requirements

How often and where the program looks.

  • Standard seasonal monitoring Included
  • Event-centered review Scoped per program
  • Priority monitoring for selected acreage Scoped per program
  • Program-specific review cadence Scoped per program

Fields are updated as new satellite, weather, and field information becomes available; revisit and cloud cover set the cadence, so monitoring is season-long rather than real-time.

Reporting and data access

How results leave the platform.

  • Standard product reporting Included
  • Portfolio-level reporting Upcoming
  • Bulk exports On request
  • Custom reports Enterprise
  • APIs and data integration Enterprise, scoped per deployment
  • Organization-specific outputs Enterprise

APIs and integrations are named only when implemented for a program; none is advertised as generally available today.

Implementation

Help getting the program set up.

  • Portfolio setup (self-service) No setup fee
  • Historical field-boundary organization Scoped per program
  • Data migration Enterprise
  • Historical backfill Quoted separately
  • Custom onboarding Scoped per program
  • Systems integration Enterprise

Ordinary self-service setup does not carry a setup fee. Implementation work is scoped only when a program needs it.

More fields, more acres, more historical years, or enhanced spatial detail never require moving to Pro or Enterprise on their own. Pro is about grower collaboration; Enterprise is about complexity and implementation.

Three things that are not the same

People, systems, and commercial relationships connect to AP Intelligence in different ways. None of them is a vague "integration".

Invited grower

A participating user inside your organization’s workspace who can view selected fields, submit observations, upload photographs, respond to field requests, and record actions.

Upcoming Planned for Organization Pro

Software integration

A technical connection between AP Intelligence and another system your organization runs. Integrations are scoped and named only when they are real or contractually planned.

Custom Enterprise, scoped per deployment

Affiliate or distribution partner

A commercial relationship through which a partner introduces or sponsors users. Partner programs and sponsored trials are handled on partner and campaign pages, not as pricing tiers.

Pricing questions, answered

What is the difference between Basic, Pro, and Enterprise?

Basic gives your internal team complete portfolio visibility: every grower and field in one place. Pro adds participating growers who can see their fields, answer requests, and record what was done. Enterprise is for genuine complexity: contracted-grower programs, multi-region deployments, integrations, specialized reporting, and implementation requirements.

Does Basic include access for the growers we work with?

Basic is built for your internal team. Participating grower access is planned for Organization Pro; the capabilities marked Upcoming are in development.

What does early access mean for an organization?

Early access is free through the November 2026 launch. Eligible accounts created before launch get Organization features at no cost for the first three months after launch, then 50% off ($50 instead of $100 per month) for the following six months.

What if we need more than 250 active fields?

Talk with us about expanding your field allowance. Higher monitoring capacity does not require Enterprise unless your program also needs integrations, multi-region deployment, or implementation work.

What counts as an integration?

A technical connection between AP Intelligence and another system your organization runs, scoped per Enterprise deployment. Inviting a grower into your workspace is not an integration, and a partner that introduces or sponsors users is a commercial relationship handled outside the plan matrix.

What is an active field?

A field that is currently being monitored in your account. Plan limits apply to active fields.

Who owns the data?

You do. American Prime is built on the principle that producers keep control and ownership of the data generated from their fields.

See your whole portfolio in one place.
